XL BULLY TYPE DOGS ARE WELCOME

• The dog is registered with the index of exempted dog (IED) and a copy of the Certificate of Exemption is obtained.

• A copy of the owner's Third Party Liability insurance certificate for the dog is obtained and produced if there is a claim..

• The dog is neutered in-line with Government Rules.

• The dog is micro chipped in-line with Government Rules.

• The field is securely fenced and locked.

• The dog is kept on a lead and muzzled until the gate is shut when entering the field.

• The lead and muzzle can be removed from the dog once inside the secured field.

• The dog is put back on a lead and muzzled before the gate is opened for the dog to leave the field.

• If the household has more than one dog, they can come to the field together, as long as they have a minimum of 1 handler. All dogs' leads and muzzles can be removed once in the field, including the XL Bully type dog.

• If there are dogs from different households, the banned breed will need to remain muzzled and on a lead at all time with a 1:1 handler.

ARRIVING AT DANCE'S DOG PADDOCK WITH AN XL BULLY TYPE DOG - BY VEHICLE

• The dog must be secured inside the vehicle in-line with Government Rules.

• Only when the vehicle is parked inside the secure dog paddock, in the dedicated parking area, and both gates to the dog paddock are shut and padlocked, can the dog be allowed out of the vehicle. 

• Providing both gates have been shut and padlocked and the dog is in the secure dog paddock with members of its own household only, the dog can be taken off the lead and unmuzzled.

• Before opening the gates to leave the secure dog paddock, the dog must be secured again inside the vehicle in-line with Government Rules.

• If the dog's household has more than one XL Bully type dog, they can come to the secure dog paddock together.

• If there are dogs from different households, the banned breed will need to remain muzzled and on a lead at all time with a 1:1 handler.

• The dog must be on a lead and muzzled in-line with Government Rules.

• Only when the dog is inside the secure dog paddock and both gates to the dog paddock have been shut and padlocked, providing the dog is in the secure dog paddock with members of its own household only, the dog can be taken off the lead and unmuzzled.

• Before opening the gates to leave the secure dog paddock, the dog must be put back on a lead and muzzled in-line with Government Rules.

• If the dog's household has more than one XL Bully type dog, they can come to the secure dog paddock together.

• If there are dogs from different households, the banned breed will need to remain muzzled and on a lead at all time with a 1:1 handler.
