FROM 1 OCTOBER, WE WILL BE UNABLE TO ACCEPT BOOKINGS FROM NEW VISITORS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE
Service Description
From 1 October 2026, our opening hours will be significantly reduced until 1 April 2027, in accordance with the conditions of our planning permission. As this will restrict the number of sessions we can offer each day, we are temporarily unable to accept new visitors, to ensure there are sufficient sessions available for our existing customers to book. We will welcome new visitors again as soon as we can. WHEN THIS SERVICE IS AVAILABLE AGAIN: A New Visitors Session must be booked at least 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE, to allow time for arrangements to be made for you to be met. When you arrive, we will check that you know where to park and that you know how to secure the gates. It is also an opportunity for you to ask questions you may have on the dog paddock and/or any questions you have on the Terms and Conditions for the dog paddock.
Cancellation Policy
Payments for bookings are non-refundable. A booked session can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before it is due to start.
